Tim Pula brings more than ten years of commercial development experience to his development director position at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse. His extensive experience has allowed him to manage all stages of the development process including: capital and operating budgets, zoning, tax credits, permit negotiations and customer relations.
Prior to joining Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse in 1996, Tim was Director of The Annual Fund at the University of Maryland College Park where he planned, managed and implemented the annual giving fund.
A graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, Tim also received his Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill , with concentrations in real estate and land use .
Tim is currently a member of the Board of Directors for 1,000 Friends of Maryland, a coalition of business and community leaders whose mission is to encourage smart growth.
